

A different take on regular overnight oats and in my opinion even better. The steel cut oats give a better texture and I find they soak up the milk better (correct me if I’m wrong, but it’s just my opinion).


Overnight Steel Cut Oats
Steel cut oats but make it overnight. I'm telling you it works..
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Strawberries, Peanut Butter, Blueberries, Granola for topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and leave for a minimum of three hours or overnight.
- Top with your favourite toppings! I used peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries and granola.
