
These easy to make and crunchy Christmas Rolls are a great appetizer this Holiday season! Perfect to whip up and bake when you need them. They only need a few ingredients and are great to add to the table before dinner, to have with drinks or on their own! You can always replace the ham with prosciutto, chicken or any other sliced meat.

Trust me you won’t want to have just a few of the delectable rolls. They are addicting!

Christmas Rolls
Ingredients
- 12 sheets phyllo pastry
- 1 brie wheel (cut into 12-18 pieces)
- 12 slices of ham
- walnut paste
- Honey for drizzling
- Butter for brushing
Walnut Paste
- 1 cup walnuts
- 4-6 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Brush a piece of phyllo with a bit of butter. Add a piece of ham, 1-2 pieces of brie, some walnut paste and fold in half on either side into the centre. Start to roll forward until you make a tiny roll.
- Brush the outside of the pastry with butter and bake for 12-15mins until crispy on the outside.
- Drizzle with honey before serving and enjoy!
